(INCI: Water (and) Decafluoropentane (and) Polyhydroxystearic Acid (and) Sodium Cocamidopropyl
PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate (and) Isononyl Isononanoate (and) Ethylhexyl Isononanoate)
Micellar emulsion loaded with volatile perfluoroalkanes that interact with the surfactants at the base of the product to produce a continuous self-foaming effect. Useful for face masks, mousse cleansers, shaving products and other foam products.
